The MBBS program provided a comprehensive and rigorous foundation in medical science and clinical practice. This intensive five-year undergraduate degree, followed by a mandatory one-year rotatory internship, equipped me with in-depth knowledge across diverse medical disciplines and invaluable hands-on experience in patient care.
The Certified Course on Diabetes (CCD), undertaken through the Diabetic Association of Bangladesh (BADAS), significantly advanced my expertise in the comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of diabetes mellitus. This specialized training equipped me with evidence-based strategies for patient care, lifestyle modification, pharmacotherapy, and complication prevention, enabling me to provide enhanced and holistic care to diabetic patients.
The Master of Public Health (MPH) program was instrumental in developing my expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, and public health administration. This interdisciplinary training equipped me with critical skills in data analysis, research methodology, program planning, and leadership, essential for identifying and addressing public health priorities and designing effective health interventions at scale.
My engagement with Paediatrics reflects my commitment to continuous learning in this evolving field. Recognizing the distinct challenges in caring for the pediatric population, I focus on staying updated with the latest guidelines in pediatric care, child development, and the prevention and management of childhood diseases to provide the highest standard of care to my young patients.
